Was super impressed at the rate I received for my 6 month lease…my experience is that most places charge significantly more if you are signing anything less than 12 months. Loving my apartment so far! My favorite features are the floor to ceiling windows, island and gas range stove. It seems like I see cleaning staff here every single day so it always looks and smells clean. Parking garage feels secure and I’ve never felt unsafe. My mom complained about the highway noise when she stayed with me... but it doesn’t bother me!

Selecting an apartment in downtown Nashville can be overwhelming because there are so many choices. Most locations can compete based on amenities, apartment styles and location. So the things that make Crossroads at the Gulch stand out is hands down the property manager Mary C and her assistant Andrew (drew). They are assets to this property. They work hard to build a sense of community that is inclusive, fun and comfortable. Their amazing interpersonal skills and helpful attitudes are what... influenced my decision to move to Crossroads! It is great here!
