The Harlowe is severely overpriced for what it provides. The parking garage situation is a death trap. The internet goes out every other week. There is no cell service in the building. The leasing staff doesn't try to get involved with the residents. The pool area is basically obsolete after the hotel was built. There is no sun, no view, no outdoor space to relax in. There are broken, dirty, construction debris covered furniture at the pool and nothing is ever properly maintained or cleaned.... There is no roof top access and absolutely no view from any community space. Concierge is unreliable and most of the time will not let guests up.
