This place was so nice until they opened it up to airbnbs. It is chaotic and not safe. I will not be renewing

I lived here for the past 6 months and enjoyed every minute of it unil they allowed Airbnb guests to live in the rooms that werent being rented out. Since then, the Airbnb guests have ruined lots of ammenities as well as ruined the great living experience we once had. Do not move here until they stop allowing Airbnb guests. I will be leaving once my lease is up.

From the first day of deciding to move to Soundwater I went in asking a ton of questions. Myself and my questions were well received and answered and I got a choice of new apartments in my selected floor plan on several floors to suit me. The move in was facilitated easily and the entire process caused me to choose an 18
Month lease by the end of my first visit. I’m incredibly glad and appreciate the gym and the amazing amenities as well as my gorgeous home.
