Beautiful apartments, helpful staff, and amazing neighborhood. The effort the building puts into the little things like Halloween and Christmas decorations is incredible. 10/10 would recommend living here.

Couldn’t be happier with my decision to move to Standard Assembly. The building, neighborhood, and staff are all incredible. It’s amazing how close we are to different breweries and bars, while being away from the tourism of Nashville

Standard Assembly continually goes above and beyond. I had issues with my dryer, and were able to immediately assist with getting it fixed. The community events are amazing, and helped me meet so many new neighbors/friends.
