Apartment and complex is amazing! However when I checked in the apartment was filthy and not ready for me to check in (no hot water, floor wasnt mopped/swept, etc) I had to do a deep clean before I got my stuff moved in. I talked with the front desk and they are going to help with this problem which is nice.
