From the moment I contacted the property management team looking to lease to now which is 8 months into it I have truly enjoyed the area, community and staff. It is very quiet and aside from community engagement the staff gives you your space.

Jax is a good community, environment is clean and quiet. The smimming pool and gym is a good incentive. I love how the snow was taken care of, unlike the previous year that was a nightmare for the residents. I believe the redesign of the buildings would add more beauty and comfort.

I love brentwood oaks because they are always responsive with any requests. The renovations are very nice, but in my opinion, there should be a more thorough inspection prior to move in to make sure all renovations are secured and clean. Other than this, there are no problems with this apartment complex. Like I said, the leasing team is very responsive, the amenities are so nice, and the view is gorgeous. Definitely recommend

We have had a good experience here! We love the location, its very centralized for our needs. We also love the woodsy feel. Outside our balcony is all trees. We hope to be here for a while.
