Located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, less than 2 miles from Dollywood and only a 20-minute drive to Gatlinburg, there are endless attractions with something for everyone.
This newly renovated townhome includes a king bed, two queen beds, a queen sofa bed, and 2.5 bathrooms. The living room opens with a queen pullout sleeper sofa, SmartTV for streaming, and cable TV. There is a half bathroom on the main level. Off the living room is the dining area with seating for six that leads into a full kitchen equipped with dishes, silverware, basic cookware, stove, oven, dishwasher, and drip coffee maker. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with a shower. Enjoy access to one of three propane grills in the common area outside and the indoor pool, open year-round. Please note, there is no hot tub available.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Access to the indoor pool is included, but note that the hot tub is not operational. Parking is limited in front of the townhomes, and guests may not park more than one vehicle in front of their townhome.

The Old Mill Square, which is centered on a large wooden gristmill and is pet-friendly, is designed to look just how it did when 18th- and 19th-century pioneers arrived in Tennessee. Whether it’s visiting Dollywood, catching dinner and a show, or taking a family hike to breathe in some crisp mountain air at the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, you won’t want to miss it. Key locations close to Pinecrest include Dollywood, Dollywood Splash Country, Old Forge Distillery, Titanic Museum, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, The “Island”, and Old Mill Square. We recommend driving, but Uber and Lyft are available in the area as well. Parking is limited in front of the townhomes, and guests may not park more than one vehicle in front of their townhome. Guests will have full and private access to their townhome. Check-in is automated through messaging, and a unique door code will be generated for your stay and provided 24 hours prior to checking in. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
