This townhome includes a king bed, two bunk beds each with a twin over a full, and a queen sofa bed, accommodating up to ten guests. It features 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi. The pet-friendly unit provides access to one of three propane grills in the common area outside and an indoor pool open year-round. The living room opens into a dining area with seating for six, leading into a full kitchen equipped with dishes, silverware, basic cookware, a stove and oven, a dishwasher, a drip coffee maker, and a washer/dryer. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with a shower.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable per pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Shared spaces around the townhome complex include parking, an indoor pool, and a grilling outdoor area.
