I have been here for 4 years, and I will be transferring to a townhouse from a 2 bedroom. I call Indian run apartments my home. I can go to the office in my PJs and have a conversation with the manager and assistant manager, and even the maintenance staff, and it just feels like home. Maintenance comes on time when needed and gets everything fixed. landscapers do amazing work around here also, and everything is kept well ground-wise.
Maintenance always tries their best to keep everything tidy... around here, the laundry room, the dog trash waste baskets, and waste for dogs on the ground.
You always get a wave from maintenance workers and asked how everything is, as well as the managers over the years. The events they hold are always fun!
The pool is kept great, and the dog park that was added is a great addition. My dog has learned how to make friends and calm down since moving here and behaves so much better!.
Over all, a must move in spot. Around shopping centers.

Love it here!
I have lived here for 4 years now. I have decided to transfer over to a townhouse and remain here because they have the best management and maintenance crew here. I never have to worry about anything because they are always on top of things. If I need something fixed, they come right away, even in the middle of the night. The managers hold activities for the tenants to make things fun here. They added on a dog park last summer and the dogs and owners are all loving it. The pool is awesome for... exercise or just enjoying a relaxing time and cooling off in the summer heat. It's truly a great place to live!

Love it!
Rent is affordable and competitive, cable/internet are pro-rated through the apartment to give you a nice discount, the grounds are maintained, the office staff are always super friendly and helpful, maintenance is on point and always willing to help, and it’s close to everything! I’m going on one year here and plan to renew. This company cares about its tenants.

Not the best
The walls in the apartment are paper thin. You can hear everything outside (kids screaming, people talking on their phones, someone farting, or cars revving). And if you’re near the Lowe’s drop off area you can hear them as well. Seriously. It’s a nice family oriented neighborhood, but once the kids go outside, it’s a nightmare. From the adults talking to their kids who barely listen to them, to arguing family members, & to the kids running and playing in front of your window sill it’s not the... best location, especially if you’re on the first floor. You won’t be able to sleep during the day if you have a night job & you won’t be able to study if you’re going to school. Maintenance & landscaping looks like they do an okay job. However, if you have a neighbor who constantly smokes, it’s inevitable to have thousands of cigarette buds outside the walk way of the door and towards the sidewalks. The kitchen, bathroom cabinets, & appliances are outdated, but they had potential to be fixed up w/ some temporary wallpaper and tiles. Remember, not every apartment building is the same in regards to the interior design. Oh and if you live on the first floor, expect to have loud neighbors upstairs. They’re like giants. Every time they walk, I hear “fee-fi-fo-fum” in my head. Running children upstairs would be the extra perk, which would really make you want to live here. Plus, their parking lot infrastructure needs work. The lot is not paved well with potholes here and there. When it rains, there tends to be big puddles. Also expect to pay a mandatory $65+$14 (suddenlink) for cable on top of the rent value. Oh and our apartment is not completely sealed. I feel so much of the cold winter air slipping through the window creaks in the bedroom, where it’s always freezing. If it’s summer, the crickets are the best addition. There’s typically 5 crickets daily that will sneak into the apartment. You won’t be able to sleep at night especially if you can’t find where those critters are hiding. I feel like there’s openings not just at the window sill, but between the carpet and walls. Besides all of this, IR is a great location. It’s nearby a lot of things (freeway, mall, target, Walmart, Ross, TJ Max, restaurants, etc. within ~5 mins away). The manager Shilah is nice. I like how there’s a washer and dryer hook-up and the fact that it’s somewhat of a gated community. Meaning, there are still many people who can enter the area at anytime because it’s not monitored at the entrance.
