If there was a negative 5 stars I would give Cottonwood that.
This are the scummiest apartments I have ever been in. The apartment they showed us had carpet. We could not see our apartment until move in day. We have laminated floors with paint stains. Painted over peeling wall paper. Unbolted vents. Sharp edged metal strips that don't even fit for medicine cabinet shelves. Every SINGLE board in our bedroom floor and closet creaks and some cause other areas to lift up. The carpet is disgusting. The dishwasher isn't seated and falls forward if you pull out... both racks and doesn't drain completely. There is a pipe sticking out of the ceiling of the shower. My 6'3 boyfriend (who is on the lease cannot even use the shower). There is drug dealing and shenanigans going on from midnight until 6am about 3 or 4 nights a week. The pool is closed one day a week. The fitness room is only open when the office is and there is a furniture dump in the back of the property. The cops are here almost every night!!! At one point there were about 10 different dogs barking all night. If you have a job, you will go to work exhausted a few days a week, hopefully, they don't turn the water off before you get to bathe for work, because they don't give you any notice and it could be off for half of the day.
