Place sucks

Facility manager has a terrible attitude. If you call her she is rude and will not help. I have been without heat for one week and promise to fix it but no action. I am writing this review to let others know what you can expect.

Review Silver Oak Apartments

Silver Oak is a great place to live, I currently live in a 3 br/2ba, it is very spacious and great looking too! The downside is not enough storage and my carpet is very worn out. Be sure to see your specific apartment first, so you can tell if it meets your standards. The neighbors are great and mind their own business. Maintenance responds quickly to your specific needs. Overall I am very pleased, be sure to add approximately $200 to your budget for electricity because it is an all electric... apartment.
