How Is This Rating Determined?

Roaches and no hot water for months

Use as a last resort, management demands payment on time, rats, roaches and no hot water for month in phase 1. Bad management and staff.

Worst Property Ever

Everything from the foundation, all the buildings and everyone in the leasing office. HORRIBLE , look somewhere else!!!

Its Poor

Bottomline .. so many bugs from everywhere. You report something and they are rude. Non responsive to emails. My first apartment taught me a lot about renting a new one.

Roaches and mice

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! There are roaches and mice here. The apartment manager does not care. The only thing they want to do, is to ensure the money continues to come in. We have been living with mice and roaches since I first moved into this apartment. We pay for pest control they do not have routine pest control. They will not help you. There are infestations here!! Do not move here!

My New Home

I'm actually about to become a resident in this Apartment! The ladies in the Leasing office were so Friendly, Accommodating and helpful, especially Paty! She made everything about our application seamless and worth the while! The Apartments are so conducively beautiful with Nice and lovely ambience! Keep up the good work Paty! Appreciate all your efforts and support!
