Avoid

Ventilation is shared between units here, so secondhand smoke is a significant problem.

Roaches

The first 6 months we lived here there were roaches everywhere. Not to mention maintenance just barges in whenever they feel like. They do the work you ask but the quality is lacking. There was a painted over tortilla chip in the pantry when we moved in. They have a stupid rule about guests not being there too much, but despite that there's still a lot of people watching you. It's fine once you get rid of the roaches, and don't mind people coming in your house whenever they want. Water is always… hot.

The truth is passed they have no conscience They will go a lot of people because we are passing this virus and even that they do not want to pay more than the rent they went up and when something is ruined weeks go by and they do not manage to fix but they want One is punctual with his income, owners of the apartments, the managers who are working for you, they are eating your hair and put a stop to it, they will be bastard x careers
