Worst Place to Live

I've lived here since August 2022 with 2 different sets of roommates. Ever since then, management has let the trash pile up to where it was nearly as tall as me MULTIPLE TIMES. The amenities are always broken or disgusting (i.e. the grill knobs being unusable, the dog park being filled with poop, or there not being any toilet paper in the bathrooms on the 1st floor). When my roommates had multiple pets (3 cats and a dog), management hadn't investigated the claims at all after being notified a... dozen times. If you decide to read the reviews for this place, take them to heart because it's likely that they are 100% true from personal experience.

Trash

This place and the management are trash! If I could give them a zero I would, they charge extra for their lack of communication, and make you pay crazy fees after lying that you don’t have any outstanding balances. Don’t move here! Not worth the hustle!!!

Horrible management

Utilize their residential portal to pay rent, which uses plaid to pull checking account electronically - no manual entry to eliminate any mistakes. Been successfully paying rent like this for months. However, this past month after receiving a confirmation to take out of my checking account, they get a message that their is a problem with the numbers and try to pass on late fees to me when this was an obvious glitch in their systems. Bank even confirm and this was not presented to my account-... office rep. Wanted me to pay. all.with a check as the electronic issue didn't work with no fault of my. This property is ra normally with recreational areas disgusting poorly kept. Any honest business would hold off on fees if investigation is needed with their rent vendor.

Horrible Management

Management lies, maintenance doesn’t come and claims they did. They entered my apartment while i was nude asleep without 24hr notice, (they sent the notice via email that morning 2 hours prior) amenities are always closed or unmaintained. Id rate it 0/5 if i could
