Providence at Prairie Oaks Apartments

Called to get availability and pricing, but girl who answered sighed and hung up on me. If this is how they are when you are interested in renting with them , imagine how they treat you when you are an actual resident. The owner or whoever is in charge, should think about hiring a new staff. At the attitude ya'll are working, I'm surprised you have people who do not complain.

I went online to see if there were any available three bedrooms, and I was told I could come and see them for myself to be turned around the next day. They had lease someone else the apartment they said I could look at and I wasted half a tank getting there! I was not properly greeted nor where my question I had for them properly answer, I do love how nice they look but that means nothing if the service is bad.

I went to ask for some information and was told not to even bother, there was a long waiting list and ignored me. Talk about a warm welcoming
