Providence at Prairie Oaks Apartments

i was looking forward to touring these apartments for a 2b 2b when i walked in nobody greeted us. there were 2 female workers after abt 5 minutes of just standing by the front door i was finally greeted. when i said i was here for a tour which i scheduled through the website the lady shook her head no asked how many beds i was looking for, asked for id then proceeded to give me a key said “it’ll be building number 3 apartment 3302”. mind you i have never been to this complex before nor do i know... where building 3 is. after finally finding the apartment while looking at it i realize its only a 1bd 1bd which i didnt want, and the bathroom was horrible. i immediately leave the apartment and go to the office and ask “do you not have any 2b 2b to tour? that apartment was a 1bd 1ba” the lady looks confused and says no. if there wasn’t any 2bd 2ba to tour why not just say that from the start. i scheduled for a guided tour this was very unprofessional and unpleasant. me and my family are definitely not moving here. Called to get availability and pricing, but girl who answered sighed and hung up on me. If this is how they are when you are interested in renting with them , imagine how they treat you when you are an actual resident. The owner or whoever is in charge, should think about hiring a new staff. At the attitude ya'll are working, I'm surprised you have people who do not complain.
