I love the location! Walkable distance to entertainment and shopping. Traffic can be a nightmare during events, but I have learned to work around it.
Management and maintenance are always courteous and promptly take care of any issues.

Cockroaches everywhere in the apartment, no lighting outside, dirty pond and not drained, The complex is completely closed on game days. Package theft.
