Large kitchen with quartz countertops, brand new appliances with Mega fridge,, large pantry, and all essential cooking supplies. Washer and dryer in house. The house is beautifully decorated with a boho international theme. Outdoor space features 3 decks with couches and chairs, and an outdoor grille. We are turning the garage into a workout space and adding a cold plunge.

The room comes fully furnished on the 2nd floor with a queen memory foam mattress, large closet + wardrobe closet with drawers, nightstands with lamps, and a desk to work from home. Two large windows face south and east with sun exposure all day long.

Ryan, I’m 25, from the Bay Area, and went to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. I run a short-term rental management company full-time, and when I’m not working, I’m probably hanging with friends or playing some kind of sport. I like staying active and always up for new adventures. Also, I like to keep my spaces very clean.

Jack, 26, originally from the UK. Have worked all of the world including Dubai but now call Austin home. I run a founders group in Austin, plugging startups with 500+ members. My focus is on a new startup and helping scale. When I’m not in the office you can find me at the gym or reading a good book.

Logan, 20s. originally from Los Angles, and I studied Communications at the University of Texas at Austin. I’ve been a professional content creator for over eight years, producing social media and video content, including work with channels that have over 5 million subscribers. I’m a creative and driven person who values a clean, respectful, and welcoming home environment. I’m looking for a roommate who’s easygoing, responsible, and shares a similar approach to maintaining a positive living space.

Nick, 30, originally from Tucson, Arizona. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from the University of Arizona. Currently, I’m an entrepreneur running my own Amazon wholesale business.
