Guests will have access to the entire property, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, common living areas, kitchen, backyard, pool, patio, basketball court, and rooftop decks. The garage will not be accessible, and some closets may be locked for housekeeping purposes. Events are allowed only if discussed with the host prior to booking, with an additional charge and a refundable security deposit applicable, provided there are no damages or extraordinary mess. A noise curfew outside is at 10pm for all bookings, including events. Smoking is permitted only in the backyard on the patio areas and must be disposed of properly in ashtrays to prevent fire or burn marks. A $1000 smoking fee will be assessed for smoking inside the unit, and a $1000 fee for any burn marks on the floors or each individual carpet. Pool heating is currently unavailable until mid-December 2024. When exiting the property, turn off all lights and A/C units and lock all doors. Dispose of all trash inside/outside in trash bags and place in the backyard. The host is not responsible for any missing items during your stay.
