Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, with smoking violations subject to a 1000 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. Pets are not allowed unless otherwise noted, with a pet fee per stay applying to cover additional cleaning and care. Violation of the pet policy may result in a fine. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact before their stay. Pets must be in a crate when left alone in the unit. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the guest space to monitor excessive noise levels. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules, with guests who violate these rules liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses. All guests must complete an online check-in process, which may require a photo of guests’ government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements. All minors must be with a legal guardian or parent. Guests are not allowed to bring guns inside the property. The rebooking policy allows for one free rebooking request 30 days prior to the original check-in date, with a $50 rebooking fee for requests made less than 30 days before check-in. New proposed dates must be within the next 30 days from the original check-in date, and rebooking requests cannot be processed if the check-in date is in the next 7 days.
