We’ve furnished the condo with Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel, Anthropologie and Four Hands furniture and decor, and original, unique art. Super cozy beds outfitted with a king sized Casper mattress, crisp 100% cotton sateen sheets, hotel quality pillows, hypoallergenic feather bed, and 100% cotton duvet. We provide 100% Egyptian cotton towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with only the best kitchenware - Wustoff knives, Calphalon cookware, Nordic bakeware, KitchenAid hand mixer, OXO utensils, brass flatware, Williams Sonoma dinnerware, Magnolia drink ware, drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, Espro French press, Cosori electric kettle, Ninja blender, Oster touch screen toaster, etc. - everything you'll need to prepare and enjoy meals. I love the atmosphere and convenience to everything unique about Austin...good food, outdoors and nature, live music, amazing art, culture and good people! Rent is $2,300 per month. Access to the community pool and amenity center with gym, co-working space, bike storage and ping pong table comes with the condo's rent. Minimum 1 month lease. Security/damage deposit is $1,150 and required at lease signing. Two person maximum occupancy. Applicants' gross monthly income must equal approximately two times or more the monthly rent.
