Worst place I've ever lived
If I could choose zero stars I would. Where do I start? I highly suggest not even giving this place a glance if you were even considering it. Very poor management. They are unresponsive and some of the rudest people I know. The apartment itself is disgusting and has smelled of something dead and has had an insect issue since move in. Garbage disposal/pipes have exploded multiple times under the sink, shower has stopped working 4 times, mold around exterior doors and windows, water was turned off... twice without proper notice from management, toilet is half bolted to the floor, my vehicle has been damaged twice in the parking lot, the emergency maintenance line is just there for show, neighbor caught 3 rats outside his apartment after management did nothing about it. Need I go on?
Please save yourself the multiple headaches this place brings and choose any other apartment complex. Wouldn't recommend even to my worst enemy.

Worst Apartment ever!!!
Update: 1 month living in this apt and the promise that contractors will be sent is not yet done. We request a Maintenance to fix the leakage in our bathroom, she came and said she will be back, 4 hrs of waiting she didnt came back and we saw her on other apt. we call the leasing and all they say they will look into this, Wait till I get all the names specially the General Manager she said she was, until now nothings happening. And plus, this is a cockcroach infested area. I think our emails and... calls are really set up to be overlooked.
We signed the least weeks ago. On our moving day we were all in shocked that the unit is not ready. She (General Manager) blamed the contractors, Well 1st have signed lease and this is not contractors fault. Its less than 40 degrees and out heater is not working and still un noticed. Theres always No present employee to reach to. She promised that Monday January 3 a contractor will be sent to fix all the remaining issue. No one came and they are unreachable. We never stop calling and at 11am, the person in the office said that they are off already at 11am.

DO NOT MOVE HERE
I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT MOVE HERE.
The leasing process is easy and quick but do not let that fool you. The leasing manager is very nice, but that's about where the positives of this apartment stops.
There is broken glass EVERYWHERE. So if you have a pet, it's a huge hazard. Along with the glass, is a LARGE amount of trash. I'm talking bottles, cans, peoples food trash, couches, sofas, etc. It is absolutely disgusting. There is always loud music playing and people yelling.
The... inside of the parents need a lot of work. New appliances in the kitchen, but the walls are water stained, rust, dirt and just gross living conditions. The light fixtures inside are full of bugs. Half the outlets don't work. The AC barely works and is hard to control the temperature. My apartment door looked like it was kicked in by someone at some point.
Save yourself the money, trauma and hassle of moving here. Also DO NOT believe positive reviews on other sites, as the management company asks residents to give them 5 star reviews.

Dirty
Dirty apartments with in need of many repairs. The space is nice for the price. At least there isn't a bug problem. the grounds and laundry room are always filthy. Oh and my internet connection is slower than what I paid for. Something about the lines being too far away from my apartment. The doors and windows are not secure enough for my liking. My girlfriend always felt unsafe. Living there for these past months. I have gotten a bit used to it. But now I'm looking for a nicer place even if I... have to spend more. What's the price of piece of mind?
