Best place ever
I’ve lived here for about 5 months and I only have positive feelings about the place! The pool is incredible, the staff is super friendly and my apartment is incredible!! I wish I moved here right when I moved to Austin

Terrible company policy
By choosing this apartment complex you can look forward to such exciting policies as having your car towed because your state registration expired, or being limited to only having 2 guests over to use the pool, the only amenity of note on the complex. If you aspire to have friends or family exceeding two people, or have the strange desire to not have your house dictate the number of friends you can invite over, this is not the place for you.

Worst apartment experience in ATX
Not worth the price at all. Management is non responsive and impossible to get ahold of. I’ve left three emails and voicemails in the last week with no response at all. I also asked about a lock on an exterior door to the building to get fixed over 6 months ago and it still has yet to be fixed. It’s no surprise apartments and cars get broken into here so often.
Pool noise and unnecessary music volume is a constant issue and the security contractor provided never shows up. Overall terrible... experience leaving us upset and feeling gaslit.

Don’t move here!
Not worth the price. So much crime in the area and people stealing things from the complex. Anyone can get in the complex or garage. Had several vehicles broken into/stolen. Homeless people squatting or bathing in the pool, prostitution issues. Someone broke into the the storage units multiple times to steal stuff, I had very important government IDs stolen. So waiting for someone to try and steal my identity because of this place. Short term rentals allow random people to have access to entire... complex, and always have issues with people smoking in this non smoking complex, management doesn’t do enough to address that.

Not worth the price.
I didnt want to write up a bad review, but it pushed me into the limit.
Cons -
1) Delay in construction
Honestly this has been a major frustrating experience. Ever since I signed the lease 3 months ago, they keep pushing the start date every week, from Sep 1st to now Oct 26, and God knows when finally we will be able to move into our final apartment. I just wish they did their due diligent on giving out timeline realistically, I would much rather prefer them to tell me hey you can't move in... before Nov 1 two months ago then continuously raising the hope with new timeline and killing it soon after, their move in update just became a massive joke.
2) surrounding neighborhood doesn't feel safe and it doesn't feel safe to go out for walk nearby.
3) Gym is small and can get crowded in peak time.
4) Lacks security cameras.
5) Apartment complex is very lax in security, anyone can come in and use the amenities.
6) Hallways are not always clean and residents doesn't clean up after themselves.
Pros -
1)People in the leasing office has been kind and respectful.
2)Monthly community event
