Roaches, Spiders, Scorpions, and even snakes coming out of the wall. Leak in wall so bad that black mold resulted. Once the mold was covered up the wall leaked again, puddles of water. Run! Don't rent from this place!

Apartment was not move in ready. I have maintenance requests that have yet to be fillled. Neighbors are loud all hours of the night and people walking their dogs unleashed.

Management and staff are friendly and the property is always clean. I recently moved here to Texas from overseas and found a home. Unfortunately the information on the website about bike rentals is false

So far it’s been lovely! I would recommend adding some things to the dog park area and some serious flea medication in there as well! Other than that it’s been great

Great place, quiet, peaceful, ,mans friendly staff. The move in process and approval process was quick and easy. Low start up fees and the price of the apartment was amazing
