disgruntled current renter

Management never gets things done when they say they will. When I resigned my lease I asked that they replace my bathtub because whatever they have used in the past bubbles up and flakes off. It was supposed to be done this weekend and I was told it would take 2 days. Today I was told it would not be done this weekend (this date has been planned for over a month) and that its going to take 4 days instead of 2 and it cannot be done on the weekends at all, which is a problem because... I work from home and I'm a dog sitter. I had cleared my schedule so this could be done and the only reason I found out it wasn't going to be done was because I went to the office to ask. I have no doubt in my mind had I not done that no one would have even let me know. Robin the manager does not care about residents and is unwilling to even admit that the way things are run is unprofessional and poorly managed. This is not the 1st time I have had an issue like this, earlier this month I was supposed to get my carpets cleaned and the cleaners never showed up. During the summer one year my ac broke and it took them a week to fix it. Whenever someone moves out they are quick to upgrade everything so they can charge more to whoever rents it next, but fail to take care of current residents. The laundry room is always malfunctioning, washers will sit with water in them till you have to take out your soaking wet clothes or take an hour to complete one wash cycle. You can do better somewhere else.
