Don’t do it!

I am currently going through a very tough time. We have lived here since my youngest daughter was 5 weeks old. She is now 18 months old and diagnosed with severe autism and regression. We have had problems with safety, parking, noise, mold, leaks, no air conditioning for days, poisonous spiders infesting such as brown recluse and black widows, broke appliances upon moving in, faulty flooring, etc. I grew accustomed to bad management, lack of accountability, and lack of responsibility from this... complex. It’s very difficult now though as my child on the spectrum ages and her therapy increases. Giving them the 30 day notification and explaining what is happening I was assured it would be okay and I would be emailed. I never was. Now today they changed their mind. The health concerns here for my daughter now, the dangers, and the added new expense of her special needs has me left with the option to choose to live with family. It’s recommended by her health professional team this complex is not safe for her. This complex has treated us like garbage in this process! The loud neighbors, lack of insulation, the place generally smells like old beach house because of mold, the leaks, the faulty flooring, the ac unit not working properly, all of it has gone ignored and I’m documenting it all. Now they are threatening me with fines if I leave after giving notice!? I had no clue my child would form a neurological disorder when we moved in while she was 5 weeks old. I’ve been a great tenant and put up with a lot gracefully. I will not however be told we will get punished because she now requires special needs. If you are a parent I would highly suggest you ask them for proof this deteriorating moldy complex is even safe. Ask for proof. I’m not even sure if their lack of taking care of this complex may have environmental toxic affects hindering my child’s brain development from 5 weeks old to now 18 months old. The water pipes have issues too. They often shut off the water all day to work on it. Water pressure is awful as well because of the water lines deteriorating. Again ask for proof from them alone. Ask to see proof things are in good working condition before ever thinking of moving here. Also things like the dog park is dead grass and horrible smelling. Look yourself at the infestation of spiders over doors, the unkept land that attracts snakes, tarantulas, and scorpions that will visit your unit. YES I’ve had ALL of those creatures and more inside my unit.

You won't get what you pay for

Not worth your time, definitely not worth your money. I lived here for a year and a half, and while Kristin was still property manager, things were passable. Small complex, the greenbelt "trail" is overgrown and not maintained leading onto private property. "Dog friendly" is far from reality, with no dog walking allowed on the only grass that is not on the perimeter of the complex - I had to walk my dog up and down the side of the road on 360 or put her in a musty, unclean and water-ridden dog... park with no grass. I moved three miles away and now pay 60% of the rent, have a larger unit and the walls of my garage are not weeping, bending and moldy. There is nothing high-end or premier about this complex except the price tag.

Property Manager at Pointe 360 responded to this review

I am sorry to hear the issues you experienced in 2017. I have recently started managing Pointe 360 Apartments. The pool has been newly plastered, the dog park has been renovated and has fresh grass and mulch. I have converted what used to be a no pet... zone into a pet friendly zone. Thank you for your review as it helps myself realize the items addressed make a difference in our community.

I love this unit with its stone fireplace, spacious kitchen and closets. Unfortunately, there are no grocery or retail stores within walking distance.
