Seven is a great place to live. It is relatively soundproof considering it is downtown. The maintenance staff does a great job at keeping the lobby area clean. Yes, the elevators break often which I can tell annoy most residents but that is to be expected in a high rise building. They do make an effort to do events for the residents. I think it would be fun to try and do more interactive events where the residents can get to know each other. Maybe a game night or something? The movie night is... cool, I haven't been but I feel like it would be hard to talk and get to know people during the movie.

The location, price, place, amentities, and management are incredible. I'm a little over halfway done with my lease and I am more than likely renewing. A big part of the reason is solely because of Seven's front of house staff/management.

My stay here at Seven has been great. I feel safe in the building. Building is always clean the staff is friendly and helpful as well as the concierge.
Close and walkable to everything which is great!

My experience with Seven has been great so far! The staff has been incredibly helpful in answering any questions regarding my lease or the amenities promptly. It's obvious that they care a great deal about renter experience which is a breath of fresh air when moving into a new building. The view from my apartment is incredible and the walkability to my favorite spots from Seven is great!
