I love living here! I lived here back in 2020 when I first moved to Austin and only moved out because I had to go to a different city! Now that I was in the market for an apartment in Austin, I had to come back to Sonterra! Maintenance is always quick and fixes all my problems and the office staff is very helpful and kind. The apartments are clean and beautiful!

I’ve had multiple maintenance issues, some of which took multiple emails and calls to get fixed. I don’t like the valet trash that attract animals. Rent is too high
