Not too expensive. Safe and quiet. A lot of stuff is broken though like the hot tubs, grill, movie theater room, etc. Overall a good place to live for a year or two.

The location is perfect for close proximity to the lake and not too far from downtown! The apartment itself is really nice and cozy, with plenty of space for the price!

I love living here! I lived here back in 2020 when I first moved to Austin and only moved out because I had to go to a different city! Now that I was in the market for an apartment in Austin, I had to come back to Sonterra! Maintenance is always quick and fixes all my problems and the office staff is very helpful and kind. The apartments are clean and beautiful!
