Absolutely do not rent here
It's a new building in a great part of town, but the entire leasing staff and property management team operate like used car salesmen. They'll say absolutely anything to get you to sign a lease and then not deliver once you do. They'll give a long list of excuses, including laws that don't exist, and when you come back to them they just shrug and try to blame you for not submitting documentation properly. Even if you do, they'll still shrug and say "Well this sounds like a he said/she said and... we don't want to get involved in that" all while not fixing the issues. They've lied to my face more times than I can count in just the last 48 hours over things that don't matter - it's just a bad situation, and you absolutely should not rent here.
I know lots of people leave bad reviews and it's hard to tell who is just mad vs. who is actually warning you. There are other apartment complexes in the area that are similar in size, location, and cost. If you have even a small doubt after reading my review, just go rent there. Trust me, it's not worth it to get in bed with these people.
