NOT WORTH IT

I unfortunately had bad experience, be careful when dealing with these ppl all they care about is your money. I've been renting in many places in austin with no problem but this the first time I would definitely warn future residents to stay away. The lady manager called Mindy is awful and unprofessional, No ethics.
