The place is nice and has a fast response to maintenance requests. The office staff are nice and responsive. The place is relatively clean. Occasionally, there are some paint smell that I belive must be for other residence that bothers a little, but it doesn't happen too often.

I am coming up on a year at Townlake. My experience here has been extremely superior to any other properties I’ve ever lived in. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful even with my computer issues at letting me come into the office area and help me. The maintenance staff is Johnny on the spot. Extremely good at what they do and overall excellent and every situation And the convenience I can get to anything I need in less than 15 minutes where I’m at pretty well surprised and pleased at... the outcome in the last year
