Been living at the Kenzie 8 years now and wouldn’t live anywhere else! Amazing office staff including maintenance and the cleaning staff! Great amenities from the gym to the pool, bbq’s, great variety of coffee and teas and also the new market which is very convenient! Also you are in the heart of the Domain where you can walk to shop, restaurants/bars and a supermarket! I just love living at the Kenzie! They all work so hard! Awesome Job to everyone in the office, etc.

The Kenzie is a great place to live . The staff is wonderful. The amenities are amazing. It’s close to bars, shopping and fine dining places. We wouldn’t want to live anywhere else . We are so glad we chose the Kenzie.

10/10 building is clean and staff is extremely friendly! Love the pool and location most of all! It is walkable to a ton of restaurants and bars.

Excellent! This place is great! Nice, unique apartment layouts; much different from many other apartment complexes. The location is great, with plenty of activities near by. It's only 18 minutes away from downtown.
