Bought by the city and handed over to an awful management company

The city purchased this building to "preserve naturally occurring low rents." They then jacked the rent up 20%. The management company they stuck in charge then began harassing tenants with new "community rules" dictating the color of your curtains and other nonsense. Constant projects to "improve" things that, other than the front parking lot, were just half assed. To add insult to injury our city council person showed up to gloat about how the city did us a favor to the press.
