Management Mess
Have to agree with many of the other posters. The Management here does not care and lacks any form of customer service. It has progressively gone downhill. We recently decided to renew our lease with a "Free Month Rent For December" special. Our fully executed lease was lost and archive by Management. This somehow triggered our rental portals to be wiped of all information like previous leases and auto pay. As a result we were sent a Notice to Vacate on December 4 due to non payment of... December rent (the rent we were not to be charge pursuant to our renewed lease). When we alerted Management to the error they acknowledged it but instead of an apology they refused to waive a 10% late fee or the December rent fee at all. We ended up paying for December and the late fee so our credit would not be wrongfully damaged and cause even more of a headache. We're still waiting for a refund of these fees. If you want to feel like a valued customer and don't want to spend hours and hours calling and emailing over any issue you might want to consider the many other apartments in the Domain that are better managed. Update - We now have duplicate pest fee charge for January
