I have been a resident at VATR for 10 years now and I love living at VATR (Turtle Rockers ?? ??). My maintenance problems are handled in a very timely manner. The staff is great. I really enjoy the activities the staff plans for us (Food Trucks, different parties etc.).

Everything is okay, except for parking. Limited visitor parking. Sometimes there is no response to emails and/or other maintenance concerns.

Regarding the completion of work orders, our maintenance team typically... leaves a card in the unit once the work has been completed. Additionally, we make follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction after the work is finished. Maintenance is pretty good and fast to come out.
The apartments also just installed grass at the dog park. So much better than the dirt that was there!
