Great little community to live in. Finally a good team in the office and on the maintenance staff. Location is amazing and the neighborhood is quiet. So glad I found this place almost 3 years ago!

Love living here! Great leasing office, great location, easy to walk to HEB or corner store. Love living close to Fraziers. Easy drive to get downtown quickly.

Rough around the edges for sure, with minimal amenities for the community, but overall a great place to live. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear basically all your neighbors 90% of the time, but mostly everyone is friendly. Made some good friends here and can't beat the price per location.
