Look somewhere else
In the past 2 ish years they have gone through like 5 management companies then decided to do it themselves, but it wasn’t good. Starting with asking us to bring in a copy of our lease… because they can’t find them? If you were unlucky enough to not save a copy yourself, then you’re out of luck, since before our lease was stored on their portal that was managed by management company 3? Then it no longer worked when they left. There was then a month of rent that they said we didn’t pay when we... did. They said nothing about the ‘missing’ rent for months and when they did they tried to tack on an extra 500$ late fee. This is after going into the office multiple times THAT month to ask if they were going to charge us rent for that month. Looks like it happened when management company 5? Was being kicked out? Had to go into the office multiple times months later to get this resolved and it turned out it was their mess up because they never actually charged us rent when we submitted our payment information, and finally getting that bogus late fee removed. The apartment themselves were ok. They had their issues here and there but so does any older building, so that’s forgivable I guess. Weeks after moving out we still haven’t heard anything a out our deposit. The people at the office are good at emailing in a timely manner when it’s their turn to ask us for something, like proof we paid a deposit, and when we send it in, they stop responding. Par for the course I guess for our last month-ish there.
