I've lived here for over 5 years. Rent has gone up every single year, But for new residents it's way cheaper then someone who has never missed a payment and loyal to the community. Doesn't make an sense.

Gates are always open.. no security.
I live in building 7 and stairs are always dirty
Stairs dont have light.
Elevator has stopped working 4times in my stay here for 1.8 years!
