i remember i use to live here, horrible. they lost multiple of my packages, especially a $400 package i needed.

We are currently going on our third AND FINAL year here at Aria. We also moved in when it was still called Watercolor & some parts were still under construction. We have never had any issues and have always liked it here. Although the new Aria staff has made strides in improving some areas, such as the pool & offering washer/dryers to units that have none. It seems that the quality of residents in the complex has gone down. I am noticing more and more people hanging out/crowding the stairs &... blasting music as if they do not have their own private patio to hang out in. The smell of marijuana often fills our breeze way here recently, mixed with the smell of trash, because the trash collectors are not coming every scheduled day as planned. My fiance & I both had our vehicles broken into within the span of 3 months & what would you know, the only cameras available are pointing to entrance/exit gates.. I understand we are very close to the notorious Northwood area, but these issues have just arisen so either they are just letting any and everyone move in now, or current residents have some very unwelcome visitors in the area. Either way, this will be our last year we stay here. If we wanted to smell marijuana and have our cars broken into we would have moved across the street not in these "Luxury" apartments. Read More
