Roaches, unresponsive office, poor maintenance

We've lived here for a few months now. When we moved in we noted what felt like a hole in our kids room, 6 or 7 months in, it's still not fixed. Day of our move in, we were running late because of traffic. Tried calling them, they didn't answer, had to find our from another resident that we needed to call maintenance to give us the key to our unit.
All that can be forgiven as just one off bad experiences on an off day if it weren't for the fact that we've called SEVERAL times about roaches and... have just been given the run around. We've got kids man
