The third bedroom is a charming loft space with a queen-size bed, ideal for older kids, with caution advised when using the loft ladders. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern amenities like a rice cooker, air fryer, griddle, coffee maker, waffle maker, toaster, microwave, coffee bar, and a dishwasher, as well as cooking essentials such as spices and oils. The living room offers ample space for relaxation, with leather sofa chairs, a smart TV, an electric fireplace, and board games. It opens onto a large patio where you can enjoy the outdoor views.
Ample parking is available for your convenience. Outdoors, you'll find a shower for post-beach rinse-offs, beach chairs, and children's toys, with storage provided in the red and black box in the outdoor shower area. The outdoor space also includes two seating areas and two grills—a propane gas grill with propane provided and a charcoal grill with charcoal not supplied.
