Forest Pines Apartments

Great location, great staff, work orders are done quickly and efficiently. I have nothing but great things to say about living here. If you are looking for your next apartment you will absolutely love it here!

Okay... So this place deserves 4.5 and not 5. But thats not possible and there is no way I would give them a 4 star rating. So we will have to settle on 5.

The staff was so accommodating at move in. Without getting into too much detail, they allowed us to pay, what was essentially, a refundable double deposit at move in. This was because the previous apartment I was in kept terrible records and showed I still owed them money.

The community, for the most part, is quiet. However, I lived… in building one on the forest pines side and ALWAYS heard the same three loud cars driving by. No biggie. There were a couple of times mail was mixed up but it's not that big of a deal. If you're neighborly and simply take it to your fellow resident, then the crisis is averted. Also, there's almost always someone on site in the office and maintenance gets to the issues rather quickly. They had a bit of turnover at the maintenance position for a while, but it didn't seem to hinder the service all that much.

Also The pool is almost always clean.

I'd still be living there if they provided short term leases since we did not want to sign a new 12 month lease. And that's the only reason I say 4.5 and not 5.

Also!... We got our deposit back within 2 weeks! I was pleasantly surprised. Especially because of the lies I received from the previous place I lived.

I honestly could not have been happier.

PS... if you can afford it you definitely want a parking spot during school months. the parking can be horrendous in the front buildings. Read More

There is a $30 charge to pay your rent online with a card. There is dog crap everywhere and the dumpsters are always full. The apartment complex looks like one complex but it is actually two which causes the mail to be mixed up and I even had someone try to change the utilities from my name to theirs because this. Everything is super cheap, the concrete on the curb is falling off and this place is brand new, hasn't even been open for over a year. None of the amenities are open but there is… no discount on the rent. I chose this place because of the apparent amenities and haven't been able to use them for months.
