DO NOT MOVE HERE
If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE! My husband and I were here for 2 years before we purchased our home in January of 2021. There is not enough parking for the amount of units there are, it has always always been an issue. On top of that, we just moved out 1/19/21, and I hired a professional cleaner to do the full move out clean (I have receipts as well), and I get hit with a bill today for $90 for carpet cleaning, $210 for regular cleaning and $115 for paint and a charge of $99... (they are keeping my deposit) I am livid and when I called today, the manager was unavailable to handle the situation. My attorney will be taking over moving forward because this is ridiculous. I would not have paid money out of my own pocket to do a full move out clean, if these apartments were going to hit me with a $600 bill a few days after we moved out. Also, I tried to set up a walk through before handing over the keys to make sure all was good / any concerns could be brought up to me and the leasing office said that they are short staffed and weren't able to do so but that if anything, they would give me a call (which they didn't) Hopefully they respond with urgency to my attorney, she will be sending them a letter by the end of this week!

I was sucked in by specials...
*Parking is nonexistent. More on that later!*
I am the first person ever to live in my studio. The new construction of this complex is clear. There is ZERO soundproofing. Being upstairs I can almost monitor visits from my downstairs neighbor.
Two switches in the bedroom-one for the light and the other controls absolutely NOTHING...checked all the outlets and they all stay on regardless.
Upon move in I had to request the cabinet doors over the island be reconfigured (Overlook Studio). The... cabinet placement is awful and the doors were hinged to swing outward, thus blocking access to the cabinet itself!
Overall storage in the unit is abysmal. I have everyday items all across the countertops instead of having a pantry space or proper drawer to organize.
The Overlook is listed at 100 SQFT larger than the Courtyard but only because there is an interior staircase leading from the downstairs entrance creating a completely useless space and terrible hazard for any visiting toddlers. Building design is awful.
The parking situation is clearly a result of minimal investment for maximum revenue. The buildings are designed in such a way to cram the individual units into each other and taking the typical breezway that would widen a building and making it the problem of the upstairs tenant as the stairs to their apartment are now PART of the unit.
Units wrap around the building but parking spaces for those units only span one side of the building and any open lots are taken up by massive garage spaces tenants can rent out to have a parking spot. The garages provide maybe half-if not less- the parking as what they are taking over. Tenants complain regularly about the parking situation and management has come to the point of simply saying it isn't easy to add parking due to city ordnance. The issue of course being the purposeful shortage of spaces from the get go.
If you do shift work and arrive home ANY time after sunset, you will walk the distance of the entire complex from your vehicle to your actual unit.
If you value having a place to put your vehicle when you arrive to your home you pay steeply for- do not rent here.
If you value receiving packages per the prime benefit you pay amazon for, do not rent here- there is a third party parcel service that regularly goes offline and must be reset by a service call while your packages sit in their lockers.
Maintenance team is SUPER friendly and capable. Those guys deserve a better property!

Perfect home!
We love our new home at The Springs! The apartment is spacious, quiet and really feels like home. The ladies in the office are so amazing and friendly. Every request is answered quickly and professionally. We looked for the perfect home for over 3 months and The Springs checked all the boxes.
