Quiet But...
It's a quiet and homie complex but they're not very good at keeping you informed of things for example. My first months rent after my initial deposit and what not, was messed up by their bank and my bank didn't have any issues yet I was blamed and scolded my the office clerk after having gone to pay the next months rent. I was not told anything about any issues with my rent being late and was charged over $300 in late fees and NSF fees because "my bank should've charged me and alerted me that it... happened". Long story short they do not care to work with anyone after they get you in a contract/lease they will do whatever it takes to milk you for as much money as possible. They run everything very shady and I will be moving out promptly after my lease is up and I can bet on not getting my deposit back. Even though every other apartment I've lived in I was reembursed the full deposit.

We are so sorry you feel this way. We do contact our residents the second we have been notified from our bank of any checks returned for non sufficient funds. Any fees that are applied are clearly stated in the lease agreement and are charged... accordingly. At your time of move out we strongly encourage everyone to set a appointment so we can complete a walk of the apartment together. At that time we can complete the move out inventory sheet and note any cleaning fees or damages that could be deducted from the deposit. We would be happy to discuss the matter with you in more detail. We value your thoughts and opinions and want all our residents to feel like this is a wonderful place to call home.
