The home's sleeping arrangements are as follows: Primary Bedroom: King Bed (1st Floor), Bedroom 2: Queen Bed and Twin-Over-Twin Bunk Bed (2nd Floor), Bedroom 3: Queen Bed (2nd Floor), Bedroom 4: 2 Twin Bunk Beds (2nd Floor). Bathrooms include a full bathroom in the 1st Floor Primary Bedroom Ensuite, a full bathroom on the 2nd Floor, a full bathroom in the 2nd Floor Bedroom 3 Queen Bed Ensuite, and a half bathroom on the 1st Floor.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. Please register your pets in the reservation in the section where guests are also registered. An additional nightly rate applies for 7 or more guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night. The fourth bedroom will be opened for groups of 8 or more guests. The pool and hot tub are serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. The pool is not heated.

A pest control service visits the home at least once a month, but you might encounter wildlife in the yard and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors.
