Untrustworthy
Maintenance is definitely and issue. Had electrical issue where I was without power for about 5 days due to some sort of damaged electrical equipment or wires. Having 2 small children at home made the situation that much more stressful. Apartments agreed to pay for our hotel stay due to them having to cut the power to fix it, but then refused to pay unless I sign a confidentiality agreement not telling anyone about what happened. I had to pay for my stay upfront and then would be reimbursed with... my rental account being credited for the amount. I have yet to receive any credit or reimbursement of any kind.
