Over all my experience has been good. I renewed for a second year so hopefully it stays that way. There are issues with people picking up after their pets, and parking where they shouldn’t. The amenities are great and for the most part maintenance is very timely. At times it is hard to get questions answered by staff and getting them on the phone is even harder. I know it’s a fault large community but a better way to communicate would be great. Otherwise all in all it’s great.

I really like it here. This is my first time living in another state & I’m so glad I ended up here. Close to everything without the Dallas traffic.
There’s plenty of parking. Quiet at night, lockers for parcel pickups. I love that the complex is spread out & we are not stacked on top of each other. Love the countertops, large soaking tub & cabinets.
