Property Management
We’ve been residents at Orchids of Carrollton for almost five years and had no issues until the new management took over. Since then, their practices have become increasingly unreasonable and tenant-unfriendly. A prime example is the towing policies—they are strictly enforced with no consideration for extenuating circumstances, such as severe weather, which has led to unnecessary stress and financial burden.
Communication has also declined under the new management, with... little effort to address tenant concerns or provide clear guidance during emergencies. This drastic shift in management style has diminished the sense of community and made living here far less enjoyable.
If you’re considering this property, be cautious and aware of the current management’s policies. Long-term tenants like us have noticed a significant decline in the quality of service and resident care.
