DO NOT STAY HERE

Horrible, outdated, no insulation so you hear everything!! Wood is peeling and old. Cabinets are not cabinets but compressed wood they put together. Not cleaned!!! Disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Don't expect much

First I will say the employees in the office are extremely nice and really helped me with my move from state to state. I love the size of the apartment, the location, and that there is a front and back door. However, the apartment is horrid. Its dirty, the cabinets are falling apart, there's graffiti in my bathroom cabinet above the toliet ( I can't even use that bathroom its gross). The tubs looked like someone took a 100 baths and didn't clean it until after they used acid to clean it out.... There's fingerprints all over the wall that have not come out even after I cleaned it. They did bring a lady out to clean the same day I complained but the lady was in a rush and didn't clean much. She also said that the reason the fingerprints won't come off the wall is because they painted over them but the paint was cheap. The walls are all different colors. The cabinets are literally falling apart and sunken in. There's a piece of wood hanging over our head that they still haven't fixed. The stand up shower floor is sunken in and it had hair in it when we moved in. You can literally hear everything going on in the apartment above you. When people take a shower it sounds like they are in the same unit. Take a few extra dollars and go somewhere else.

Do not live here unless you are desperate.

There are multiple issues with this property, especially with the new installment of the townhome construction. We lived here for atleast 8 years and we experienced problems throughout, such as rising rent prices, water damage without any/barely any repair, and the pool being unusable throughout the ENTIRE year.
Starting off with the rent prices, they keep rising overtime. That caused issues for our somewhat poor family, in which we had to move soon or else their staff team would bury us in...
debt.
There were multiple times where water damage took place in the master bedroom every time it rained heavily, and noise was an issue everytime there was a heavy breeze. Or, rather, the windows would leak cold air inside during the winter, and burning hot air during the summer. We attempted to fix it but failed multiple times. The management appeared to not care.
The pool isn't great but it worked... mostly. Throughout the last two years we lived here the pool was either incredibly dirty or was being cleaned. Although, at times the pool was simply shut down due to unknown reasons. It was difficult to have a day to go swimming because of this.
Note that, sure the emergency maintenance exists, but you barely need an 'emergency' and rather basic repairs. That's a joke to say the least.
From what I recall, we had to go out of our way to buy blinds for our windows, since those barely worked at times. The sunlight still burst through, so we had to get better ones at times. (Working at night)
I haven't seen any sort of court yard, if there is any.
No designated parking means that sure, you don't have to pay for parking, but you have to either get there in the evening or you have to walk to get to your home. It isn't too bothering but for the disabled it may be a slight issue. Speaking of which, stairs are seemingly mandatory for some parts of the complex, and not because there's a second floor. Most people should consider this before moving if you or a roommate/loved one/friend decide to move here.
I do not recommend living here unless you just started your life as an independent person, or you're rather poor to an extent.
