Excessive Changes

Every time someone new manages the property we have new rules and regulations. I have lived here for a year and they just started implementing new things like parking stickers , going up on the trash fee , the maintenance people come whenever they feel like it(whether the problem is urgent or not) & the amenities fee is high and we can barely use anything.

Overpriced!

Apartments are trash. Nothing works as intended i.e. the pool to the hub to the gates. The office staff is incompetent. Additional monthly fees are outrageous. The amenities are inaccessible. You are policed constantly and new rules seem more bothersome than not.
