I hate this place. it is so poorly managed and they are incompetent when dealing with issues of any sort.

Very lovely staff always super kind and helpful with any questions or issues this is my second year here and I just resigned for my third. Small apartment but lots of storage room and everything necessary for a college student near campus!

The location is amazing for Texas A&M, and the staff is extremely flexible/ adaptable to make it a home away from home. A local business treatment with the great organization of a corporate company!

1. staff is inactive and slow to respond, they are not always working/active during listed hours
2. inconsistent fees and does not respond to calls/msgs for months
3. random fire alarms every other day, sometimes more
4. certain "amenities" either do not work or are out of order
5. maintenance barges in random hours into your unit

I’ve been living at 12 north for 2 semesters now and it’s not a big spacious apartment but it’s good for the price. I live in a 2x2, the gym is nice and small, the courtyard and pool room are fun, and the staff is very friendly! Maintenance is quick about fixing things too.
